Weekly Blog: 16th July 2021

This week has been creative and we have enjoyed a visit from Amy’s pets.

This week we have:
  • Participated in phonics
  • Enjoyed a lot of water play and playing with bubbles
  • Made creative snakes at the craft table
  • Enjoyed stories, songs and rhymes
  • Enjoyed dancing and music and movement
  • Talked a lot about minibeast and did hunts in the garden for them
  • Completed a lot of fine motor skills activities
  • Played listening games
  • Discussed sun safety
  • Enjoyed yoga
  • Had fun with craft materials, gluing, painting, glitter and cutting
  • Had lots of fun dressing up
  • Amy brought in her pet snake, gecko and lizard to show the children and she did a lovely presentation with them where they learnt all about them.

As usual the weekly blog represents a snapshot of what most of the children participate in during the week. Please speak to your child's key person if you would like to have further information about your child's interests and progress. You are welcome to ask your key person for feedback at any time and book a time to have a meeting for feedback on how your child is progressing.

Hoping you all have a lovely weekend.
Best wishes, Julia, Grace, Sharon, Lisa, Hannah, Jackie and Amy
