Weekly Blog: 3rd March 2023
This week we have had a weekly topic all based around St Davids Day and health and hygiene. We have:

  • practised learning about prepositions
  • played listening games
  • talked about health and hygiene at circle time and how we keep clean
  • played a health and hygiene matching game
  • listened to story cds
  • sang phonic songs
  • counted pictures and sung number rhymes as well as number recognition activities
  • learnt about the parts of a daffodil and the life cycle of a daffodil
  • watched a timelapse video of a growing daffodil
  • learnt about St Davids day and made leek pictures
  • listened to a lot of stories
  • enjoyed riding the bikes and scooters in the garden
  • enjoyed various craft activities including making egg carton daffodils

As usual the weekly blog represents a snapshot of what most of the children participate in during the week. Please speak to your child's key person if you would like to have further information about your child's interests and progress. You are welcome to ask your key person for feedback at any time and book a time to have a meeting for feedback on how your child is progressing.
Hoping you all have a lovely weekend.

Best wishes, Julia, Grace, Sharon, Lisa, Hannah and Amy
