Weekly Blog: 13th September 2019
This week we have been very busy with the children, inside and outside.

We have:

  • practised negotiating space outside on bikes and scooters
  • practised road safety
  • learnt about first aid and talked about people who can help us
  • played musical instruments and focused on loud and quiet sounds
  • played listening games, matching environmental sounds to their pictures
  • looked at letters with magnets
  • played dominoes
  • celebrated Roald Dahl day on Friday
  • practised using scissors and learnt about using them safely
  • transported sand in containers and discussed heavy and light
  • crafting with glue, paint, ink stampers and lots of mark making
  • watched the children role play outside their favourite story 'The Boogie Monster' by David Walliams and may more games and activities with individual children based on their interests

After such a busy week we hope you have a restful weekend!

We look forward to seeing you all next week.

Best wishes, Julia, Grace, Sharon, Lisa, Jackie and Amy
