Weekly Blog: 26th April 2024
We have had another busy week and we are continuing our topic of Spring. Our theme of the week has been focused on physical skills.
Some of the things the children have enjoyed doing include:
  • planting seeds
  • developing fine motor skills through threading beads
  • lots of tap-a-shape fun
  • tweezing pom poms
  • moving our bodies in yoga
  • going on bikes and scooters
  • dancing to music
  • phonics games and reading practice
  • enjoying stories and looking at books
  • scissor skills, making masks and cutting out shapes
  • lots of fun painting, sticking, gluing and mark making fun
  • lots of circle time and small group games

As usual the weekly blog represents a snapshot of what most of the children participate in during the week. Please speak to your child's key person if you would like to have further information about your child's interests and progress. You are welcome to ask your key person for feedback at any time and book a time to have a meeting for feedback on how your child is progressing.
Hoping you all have a lovely weekend. Best wishes, Julia, Claire, Hannah, Lisa, Jackie and Adam
