  • planting seeds and learning about the life cycle of a plant
  • going on a minibeast hunt and learning about minibeasts
  • minibeast craft pictures
  • counting pictures of minibeasts
  • looking at the map of the world, learning about our place in the world and our local community
  • drawing maps
  • talking about our families and drawing our family tree
  • caring for nature and going on a nature walk
  • lots of stories, games, songs, music and craft
  • phonics games and reading practice
  • riding on cars and scooters in the front playground
  • playing in the sandpit
  • water painting in the garden
  • lots of fun painting, sticking, gluing and mark making fun *lots of circle time and small group games

As usual the weekly blog represents a snapshot of what most of the children participate in during the week. Please speak to your child's key person if you would like to have further information about your child's interests and progress. You are welcome to ask your key person for feedback at any time and book a time to have a meeting for feedback on how your child is progressing.
Hoping you all have a lovely weekend.

Best wishes, Julia, Claire, Hannah, Lisa, Jackie and Adam
