  • there has been lots of mark making on our dinosaur tuff tray with paint
  • pouring and measuring on our baking tuff tray with porridge oats
  • lots of language activities based on more and less
  • phonics activities such as thinking of words that begin with certain letter sounds
  • also various music and movement activities to encourage health and fitness *the children have participated in various craft activities such as making paper plate snails
  • there has been lots of outside play including chalking on our new chalk boards, balancing, riding bikes, playing in the sandpit, playing catch with balls and playing games with skittles and mini golf
  • musical instruments have continued to be popular along with singing, nursery rhymes and action songs

As usual the weekly blog represents a snapshot of what most of the children participate in during the week. Please speak to your child's key person if you would like to have further information about your child's interests and progress. You are welcome to ask your key person for feedback at any time and book a time to have a meeting for feedback on how your child is progressing. Hoping you all have a lovely weekend.
Best wishes, Julia, Grace, Sharon, Lisa, Hannah, Jackie and Amy
