We have continued our topic for November of fairy tales. In December we will focus on learning about Christmas around the world and enjoying lots of festivities. This week we focused on The Gingerbread Man.

Activities we have done include:

• gingerbread man pencil control activities and counting gingerbread men story pictures
• made a giant gingerbread man display
• made snow pictures
• phonics initial sounds listening game
• jolly phonic songs and singing nursery rhymes
• lots of puzzles
• listening and attention games
• story sequencing the gingerbread man story
• made a snowman with paper plates and played in the snow
• put in the missing picture of the gingerbread man
• made play dough gingerbread men
• made friendship bracelets
• practiced our independent skills
• practiced Christmas songs
• number ordered gingerbread men
• played walking in the jungle listening game
• lots of gingerbread man craft
• counting and number formation activities
